 Thursday, October 16, 2008  Practical exam @ 10:24 PM Ok...this is going to be a long whiny post!BEWAREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.So i was surprised when i woke up today and that i didn't have dreams about practical,i also remembered that last year,when i had practical,i totally didn't catch a wink of sleep at all.So i got up and walking towards yew tee,i felt a strong rush of adrenaline and my heart slamming against my rib cage.When i got to the gate,i saw shu ying and went in with her.
Unity Secondary is like a bigger version of unity pri,they also have that rectangular centre of the school thingy.What made me super jealous was this.... HOW INCREDIBLY ROMANTIC IS THAT?!HAVE A SWING SET!IM EFFING JEALOUS! I can picture an anime scene of a guy pushing a girl late after school perhaps during dusk,blushing slightly,he confessed his undying love to her which she had felt the same way all along,then they share a romantic kiss as the twilight shine on them....*slaps self* must focus on practical! So we waited in a room and the first mistake i made today,was not knowing my register number,which made the whole class(80 ppl)turn to look at me as the teacher grumpily say out my name and i raised my hand.ARGH!then,being my congenial self,i talked to the only private candidate girl who was in the same lab as me,her name is Anita and she's frm D la salle pri,and she knowsjoanna they all.Cool huh? Going to Unity is like looking through childhood but with puberty stage,then I realised not much has change,perhaps only looks,one good example is Teck han,he's as crappy and lame as he was when he's young. ok,now to the practical part,which so many mishaps happened.
- I totally messed up the first time,i didn't place the starch solution into the tubing!I place the wrong thing instead so have to redo.
- i didn't realised there are 2 syringes.
- Then!i manage to set the test tube holder on fire,so ahem,sorry to whoever used it after me.
- I have no trouble turning on the fire,though i have trouble turning it off T.T
- When i was burning salt T,it exploded,IN MY FACE!
- Farking amomnia choked my nose
- Towards the end,i didn't have enough time to finished all the conclusions,which altogether worthed 7 marks T.T
- Then,i manage to break a test tube SILENTLY tat no one notice,so i just kicked it under the table.If i was a cartoon,there would be a angel halo on my head after i did that.Sure its funny if you look at it,but me,who was going through it panicked like shit,so in conclusion,i'm a klutz.
You know how people say that when you fail,you can't blame anyone?WRONG!i almost failed thanks to the girl who shares the table with me.TMD!There was only 15 mins left on the clock and i've only manage to do 1 question on chem,i was searching around frantically for the AgNO solution all over the table,was afraid the teacher made a mistake or something.THEN IT TURNS OUT SHE PLACE ALL OF THE ESSENTIALS ON HER FUCKING TABLE!CLOSE TO HER PAPER SOMEMORE. So i grunted and stomped over to take everything,with the teacher staring at me,after doing finish,i couldn't find the last one again,so i knew it was surely at her table,but i didn''t dare to look cause i'm scared the teacher will think that im cheating,then when i finally caught sight of it, i sighed in exasperation loudly and grabbed the damn solution from her table,with the teacher shaking his head in disapprovement,AT THE GIRL! CCB!HENG I FOUND IT K!IF NOT SURE FAIL!tsk tsk,how irresponsible,curse you don't have boyfriend! =X Went yew tee to buy milk tea,i was soo parched and when i was heading home wtih Anita,i saw Andrew,whom didn't want to divulge anything about his prac.Idiot.... thank goodness I didn't see Symeon,like as though i'm not distracted enough...If i see him,i will be klutz SQUARED!as if being Klutz isn't enough T.T ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh im such a spaz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I felt a little disappointed that not many ppl gave me well wishes for my practical X( esp the one that i needed the most....
Whenever i feel stress,Movies and books are my guilty pleasure.I absolutely love them to bits.
